Steve did a awesome job on showing us the house and very knowledgeable of the house the owner and helped us get a inspection done quickly and have the owner aware of work needed to repaired and was done in a timely manner. Set up a team of associates to help us purchase of the house and did well beyond what I expected thanks for all the hard work and time spent on helping us.
Our experience with Steve was awesome he was very knowledgeable in guiding us in the right direction on everything we needed to do. If we had questions he got right back to us with answers or solutions if we sent him addresses he researched them and set up our viewings within a day or two and was with us every step of the way. If you get the chance to work with someone I would highly recommend Steve and even after we closed he said if we need anything to call him and he'd help us out if he could. If we ever decide to sell or buy again I would definitely use him again. He's just a great realtor and person all around.
